Nāgarakrĕtāgama or Description of the Country (1365 AD) (2008)

Nāgarakrĕtāgama is a 14th century Javanese text from 1365AD written on palm-leaves that gave an account of government and society in the Majapahit kingdom that covered most of the geographical area covering present-day Indonesia. The memory of this kingdom inspired the founders of Indonesia in their struggle against colonial rule.
