MOWCAP has released the final version of the document a Pathway to Implement the UNESCO Recommendation in Pacific Countries.
The pathway is a response to the Pacific Action Plan for Implementing the Recommendation. One of the actions was for MOWCAP to link the PARBICA toolkit to the UNESCO Recommendation so that there is a pathway for Pacific National Archives to influence the implementation of the Recommendation.
